My new daily routine that started yesterday is as follows :
Full body workout : 5 minutes
Yoga : 5 minutes
Meditation : 5 minutes
Cold Shower : 5 minutes
Read : 10 minutes
Write : 10 minutes
Total time : 40 minutes
Do as much of these 40 minute sessions as possible in a week , but no less than one daily. Measure how many sessions done this week. Increase by at-least 3% next week. Rinse and repeat.
Yesterday I started a timer to read for 10 minutes and ended up reading for over an hour. Same with writing. The only thing that I couldn’t keep doing for 5 minutes straight was meditating. Kept looking at the stopwatch every minute thinking 5 minutes was done. Overall , very happy with the new routine.
